Welcome to the Chateau, a Residential Inpatient Treatment Center located in Midway, Utah, nestled between Sundance and Park City. This world class addiction recovery center is situated on acres of rolling hills and grasslands. Each room has magnificent mountain views and is appointed with all the amenities of a luxury resort. Each shared room has a plush queen size bed with a private bathroom. The bathrooms have a spacious shower and jetted jacuzzi tub. Every detail of your stay with us has been meticulously reviewed and planned to ensure you receive the ultimate healing experience.

We believe a 12-step spiritual approach, coupled with comprehensive therapeutic interventions to treatment, are necessary for full recovery. It is the goal of The Chateau to provide an atmosphere where individuals have the opportunity to find their Higher Power, and as a result be restored to wholeness. It is our desire for all who enter our doors to begin to know and accept their own divine worth. Our Program is designed to enable individuals to recognize the power that lies within them to choose for themselves a new path.
Clients will have the opportunity to participate in the following services: intensive cognitive therapy by licensed, professional therapists; 12-step counseling by licensed substance abuse counselors, various therapeutic groups & workshops, drug and alcohol screening, our Family Program, private yoga, pilates and aerobic instruction; equine, recreational, and art therapy, a gourmet menu with seasonally influenced dishes, and a dynamic team of professionals to support individuals through their journey of recovery.

A Gold Standard of Treatment
Alpine Treatment Services is a dual diagnosis program. Our Chief Clinical Director, who is the President of the nationally accredited organization AMHCA (American Mental Health Counselors Association), specializes in trauma, psycho-therapeutic groups and diagnosis. We believe dual diagnosis is key for successful treatment. With our intensive, individual, cognitive behavioral therapy in conjunction with our group and recreational therapies we offer a comprehensive, results based and innovative approach to addiction treatment.
Addiction is a family disease. Alpine Treatment Services recognizes this and has developed a dynamic Family Program where the entirety of the family feels a part of the treatment and have an opportunity to participate. The importance of re-building the family relationship one step at a time ensures that the family is set up for success and feels supported every step of the way.
